Refund Policy
Each sailing passage is limited in its capacity. Once Payment 2 is made — due 60 days prior to departure — and/or Payment 3 is made — due 20 days prior to departure — you are considered committed to the trip. Once any payment beyond the initial deposit is made, it is no longer refundable, with one exception explained below.
Your 10% deposit (Payment 1) is non-refundable.
If you find it necessary to cancel your trip after Payment 2 or Payment 3 has been made, please notify us as soon as possible. We maintain a waitlist and, when the opportunity arises, we may be able to re-book your spot. If we are able to re-book, we will issue you a refund or reschedule your reservation, minus Payment 1 (your 10% deposit).
Because of the nature of offshore sailing, we regret we cannot make refund exceptions for personal emergencies. For this reason, we strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance before your second payment is due.
If, for any reason, your application is not approved for participation, you will be refunded all monies paid.
